Terms of use and data protection

  1. the system serves exclusively the purpose to give interested parties the possibility to inform themselves about the range of functions and the mode of operation of the product "Cryptshare". Therefore, only data serving this purpose may be transmitted. A productive use is excluded.
  2. there is no backup of the system or transferred data. A recovery of data in case of data loss is therefore impossible.
  3. the sender ensures that he does not provide or send any content for retrieval via this server, the provision, publication, transmission or use of which violates applicable law or the rights of third parties. This applies in particular to defamatory, hateful or politically radical content, as well as the sending of spam emails, malicious codes or other malware.
  4. The files and messages transferred via the system will only be stored encrypted on a server of Pointsharp GmbH in a data center in the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany for the period of time selected by the sender and made available for download to the specified recipients. After the expiration of this period an automatic, irreversible deletion will take place.
  5. the files and messages transferred to us are at no time accessible to third parties and, if used properly by the user, can only be viewed by the respective recipients.
  6. all transfer activities and the associated personal data (e.g. e-mail address and IP address of the sender) are logged in a log file and deleted in accordance with legal requirements.
  7. the sender checks on his own responsibility whether the data transferred to us in connection with the use of https://demo.cryptshare.com represent personal data and whether the processing of these personal data is permitted.
  8. Pointsharp GmbH does not assume any liability for improper use of the system.
